STORIE DI STILE

Peroni’s global advertising campaign; Storie Di Stile, celebrates the beer’s 50th anniversary, marking the moment the Peroni family bottled Italy’s first premium export lager.

The opening scene is set in Genoa in 1933, when the SS Rex departed on a voyage to cross the Atlantic in the shortest time and win the Blue Riband, or the Nastro Azzurro in Italian. Thirty years later in Rome Peroni Nasto Azzurro was named after the triumph, and their iconic sailor girl advert was created.

When I began working at The Bank, they had just finished filming additional content for the campaign and were beginning post production. I was thrown in to the deep end and was responsible for selecting rushes, developing storyboards, shortlisting selects for print, retouching and developing the agency recommendation for OOH Waterloo takeover.

The campaign went live in the UK, US, Canada and Australia.
